We’ll run 15-25km every Saturday. Each loop around the lake is about 1.7km (1 mile). If you get tired, you can stop and rest at any time, and rejoin your pacing group on the next loop. If you need to run longer, you can start earlier or finish later, but our services (water supply, pacing, photos) are only available between 5-7am.

Pacing team
As long time runners, we know that the long run is one of the most important training sessions. We believe joining our event will help you improve your performance. It is also a wonderful way to enjoy and experience the quiet and peaceful beauty of Hanoi’s early morning.
Please note that participation is completely free. Our goal is to create a fun, supportive community for everyone who loves running, and to introduce our beloved city to friends from all over the world.
